What we collect to build your preview, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
To generate a preview we collect the URL you submit, the email you give us, and the public content of the page at that URL (text and images) captured by our crawler. We also record basic request events (timestamps, which variants you viewed) to operate and improve the service.
Preview bundles expire on a rolling window. If you don't become a customer, we purge your request data — the stored request record and the extracted content — within 60 days. Preview bundles themselves are removed on an even shorter schedule. If you become a customer, we keep only what's needed to deliver and support your site.
Pre-launch review happens on a private preview link and, before go-live, on Webflow's .webflow.io staging domain — not a domain we host for you. Nothing is published to your real domain until you approve it and we hand the site to your own Webflow account.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@[domain]. We don't sell your personal information. Payment is handled by our card processor; we don't store full card numbers.
